We follow the recipe. It’s quick enough for a weeknight recipe. The flavor is great! Just make sure you don’t accidentally scramble your eggs. I haven’t run into the issue, but the other reviewer did, and I’m thinking it could be from not cooling things down a little before adding the egg mixture. However, I’ve always followed the recipe and haven’t had an issue.
