I should have skipped it or gone with my favorite jarred cheese dip. I will also note that had I used whole chicken breasts (even small ones), they would not have been fully cooked in the time indicated in the recipe. I had very large ones, so I cut off the tender, cut the bottom half off & rolled it, and cut the top half in two; then used one strip of regular thickness bacon per piece. This gave a great bacon to chicken ratio.
