I always used the self- rising flour because it gives it a lighter crust. If I don’t have any on hand, I’ll just make my own using one cup All Purpose four and 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. I am curious about why Paula uses milk in this recipe instead of water. Has anyone noticed a difference in the finished product?
