It was good but better instructions would have e been helpful!!

1. I will buy 2 lbs of Country Pork Sausage. Reason: Even for two people there just wasn’t enough cooked “Brown” sausage in the pot (ours looked more like the reverse title “Rice Little Sausage” Dinner.

2. Caramelize-Brown the Onions and Sausage more (color of breakfast cooked sausage like it shows in the video) mine didn’t out that way when I followed the recipe.

3. Make sure you use a commercial box or bag long grain rice that’s all ready been cleaned (no starch on rice) I used an Asian style rice that didn’t turn out will (I didn’t wash it first, got lazy)

I cooked this for my wife and I , so if you are going to cook this for your Husband (or Teenage Boys too), take my advise and buy 2 pounds of Country Sausage, trust me, it will look more meatier and taste much better than the one I made.

Your Husband will be so Happy he’ll take the trash out without you even asking him to.
