For those asking about folding the triangle just roll each triangle and put it in the pan. Here’s another trick, cook 25 degrees Lower, cover the top of the bundt pan Loosely with foil, and 10 -15 min longer . This will get the center to hold its shape + not be so runny and mushy. Another cool tip, make them in mini muffin tins. I always get these requested for parties. They’re bite size and they go Quick! 🙂 Thx Michelle

I followed the instructions exactly, and it did not turn out very well. It came out extremely dry. I did check on it with about 18 minutes left on the timer and it looked beautiful, so maybe take it out after 40 minutes or so… I just now read another reviewer saying the same thing, so I don’t think this was a problem with just my oven. I have never had a problem following the bake time on other recipes so I don’t believe it’s the oven/oven temp. but an issue with the instructions. Didn’t work for us, good luck!

After cooking for 50 minutes (the recipe said 1 hour) it fell out of the pan like a frickin brick! It would have been totally been yummy though if it had not been so horribly overcooked. I should have taken it out earlier, (at 30 minutes) but I am not a baker, and I couldn’t see removing it so early and disregarding the instructions on the recipe. I will probably try it again with a shorter baking time.
